"As an organization that runs both youth and high school age wrestling events throughout the year, having Primary Sports Medicine Licensed Athletic Trainers and their certified athletic trainers on site provides tremendous piece of mind for everybody involved – the athletes, the coaches and the parents. They arrive on time, dress professionally and are very good at what they do. Their athletic trainers are knowledgeable and their interaction with the athletes and parents is outstanding. Our tournaments are scattered throughout San Diego and Imperial counties and we have yet to have one of our events un-staffed by one of their
